History
Donald A. Deal Architect (DAD Architect) was established in 1981. Over the years, DAD Architect has completed over 400 projects.  Approximately half of these projects have been residential from custom homes and additions to multifamily buildings.  The remaining projects consisted of commercial and religious buildings.  Commercial projects have included office buildings, shopping centers, police stations, and warehouses.  Religious projects have consisted of churches, sanctuaries, classrooms, fellowship halls, kitchens, and gymnasiums.
 
Background
Donald A. Deal received his Bachelor of Arts and Master of Architecture degrees from Clemson University. Donald Deal has exceptional design skills and foresight to create a unique building realizing each client’s needs and goals.  DAD Architect can help the client reduce building costs by advising the proper utilization of building techniques and materials. 
 
Technology
DAD Architect uses the latest technologies in computer aided drafting including 
Building Information Modeling (BIM).  This technology enables the client to see their project in 3-D, both inside interior and exterior views.
